Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months, but you will not be charged again. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fee.

Token Purchases

Tokens purchased through the Buy Tokens page are non-refundable once used. If you purchased tokens and have not used them, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at hello@cigarboxmarketing.com.

Mistaken Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@cigarboxmarketing.com. We will review your account and make it right. We would rather solve it directly than go through a chargeback.
